Release 26.17: BeaconScore Hub, Pubkey Prefix Search, Machine Metrics API
Our latest release brings four updates:- BeaconScore now has a dedicated landing page covering methodology, leaderboard, simulator, and comparison.
- Pubkey prefix search lets you find validators by the first few hex characters (up to 10 matches).
- Machine Metrics API adds two new endpoints with cursor pagination to pull your own node, system, and validator metrics — making it easier to correlate hardware issues with on-chain events like missed blocks or finality drops.

Free API Tier Replaced with a 30-Day Trial
The free API tier is being replaced with a 30-day full-access trial. Existing free API keys will stop working on Tue May 26, 2026 at 13:00 GMT+0200.The trial gives you full access for 30 days with no automatic upgrade to a paid plan after the trial ends.Existing free users should migrate before the cutoff at beaconcha.in/api/pricing.9. Still on our V1 API? V2 is worth the switch:- All new features ship on V2 only.
- Query by index, pubkey, deposit address, withdrawal address, entity, or dashboard.
- Cursor-based pagination for cleaner data flows.
Website Redesign and Navigation Update
We redesigned the website and reorganized the main navigation around a search-first landing page and four primary sections: API, Monitoring, Explorer, and Resources.The new landing page puts search first so you can find chain entities faster, while still giving you a quick overview of our core products at beaconcha.in.Technical endpoints and documentation now live under the API menu. Dashboards and notification settings are grouped under Monitoring. Chain data such as epochs, validators, slots, and blocks now sits under the Explorer menu, while tools like GasNow have moved under Resources.
New v2 API Endpoints for Network and Validator Insights
We added new v2 API endpoints focused on three areas: Entity Performance, Network Insights, and Validator Duty History.These updates make it easier to monitor staking entities, query network-level data for blocks, slots, sync committees, and validator metadata, and review validator duty history across attestations, proposals, and sync committees.Explore the updated API documentation at docs.beaconcha.in.

Validator Queue Dashboard
We’ve added a new Validator Queue Dashboard that gives you real-time visibility into Ethereum’s validator queues.Track the Deposit, Consolidation, and Withdrawal queues — each showing the number of pending requests, total queued ETH, estimated wait time, churn limit per epoch, and a 30-day historical trend chart.
